The Destroyit 3014 SMC high security shredder package fulfills all of your shredding needs. Equipped with an automatic oil injection system, the steel cutting shaft is continuously lubricated for the most efficient shredding. No high security shredder should be without an automatic oiling system. The entire shredder is top-notch in quality, from the wooden cabinet, metal hardware and the cutting shafts, which come with a lifetime guarantee. Its throat size of 12 1/4” allows for quick shredding and has a paper capacity of up to 16 sheets. The “Easy Switch” control is an oversized rocker switch that can be pressed to quickly cut off the power to the shredder or reverse the feed in the event of a paper jam. It also has three LED icons that illuminate to indicate an open door, a paper jam or that the shred bag is full.Safety is ensured in the Destroyit 3014 with the “SPS” (Safety Protection System) which includes an electronically controlled safety shield in the feed opening. The start and stop of the shredding, which is activated via photo cell, is completely shut off should the safety shield be lifted, exposing the feed opening. The “ESM” (Energy Saving Mode) is a sleep mode that kicks in after the shredder goes unused for an hour, reducing electricity. It also features the “ECC” (Electronic Capacity Control) which monitors how the shredder is handling the capacity levels, ultimately in to prevent a paper jam. The package includes the Destroyit 3014, the internal automatic oiler, shredder oil and shred bags.
